Can a temporary employment agency deny you?

Most employers don't want anyone under 18! on premises as they aren't legally adult; temp agency doesn't want you because you aren't legally able to enter into an employment contract with them anyway.A car dealership is not an employment agency. Again; you HAVE TO SIGN AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT THERE. You LEGALLY can't. In addition, a dealership can choose to employ under 18. Marcelina Schossow: Many states require that you apply for "working papers" under the age of 18. But the temp agency may not honor them.
