study abroad for high school graduates????

Rosalia Hibler: It's unlikely you'll get college credit from studying abroad as a rising freshman at a university. Contact your university's study abroad office and ask them about their approved programs. Most of their programs, though, are for juniors and seniors in college. Plus, credit programs would be a semester long, unless you plan on spending 8-hr days in class, and studying all night in Paris. Doesn't sound feasible. If you can swing it, just go and take a language class for a few weeks. Or go and travel. But if money is an issue (when isn't it?), study abroad your junior year in college....Show more
