Call of Duty 4, PS3...Mic too noisy, can't understand people, i can hear echos from peoples televisions.?

Conrad Puleio: This is because the volume of the TV interfers with the bluetooth headset......Another possibility is that if they are using the eyetoy as their mic.....you too can use that as a mic and that mic easily pics up the even slightest sounds.What you have to do is lower your TV volume down a little bit as well as your microphone volume down to like 3 or 4 because 5 is the highest settting.This should help alot ...Show more

Vern Serratos: whatever bluetooth headset you use will make this noise and the only thing that can stop it is having people lower their televisions volume.try lowering you tv's volume while playing and your bluetooth headset's volume too so maybe you can keep the voice down.and btw I dont think that you need a headset anymore cuz most people dont have any.personally, I have a headset but I never use it anymore...Show more

Dana Russian: Some people have crappy headsets and it gets really annoying especially when they have their TV's! turned up. When you are in a game you can hit Select and then use the up and down arrows to highlight the person's name that is making a lot of noise and hit X to mute them.
